1. What is Soch Designs?

Soch Designs is a custom clothing and accessories store. We create made-to-order items including T-shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeves, purses, shoes, and more—often with humorous or nostalgic designs.

2. Are your products really customized?

Yes! Every item is made specifically for your order. This means each product is printed or produced after you purchase it.

3. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Since items are made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges.

4. How long will my order take?

Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. This includes: 2–5 days for production, 3–5 days for shipping (UK).

5. Can I return or exchange my item?

Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll fix it—just contact us within 30 days.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to help.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet.

9. Will the product look exactly like the image?

We do our best to display products accurately, but slight differences in color or placement may occur due to the custom production process.
