At Soch Designs, all products are made to order and customized just for you.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Personal preferences

Customers are advised to double-check sizing and product details before ordering.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

A replacement or refund will be offered if:

The item arrives damaged
There is a printing error or defect
The wrong item is received
